The program



As the week is all about "slow," we will not want to try to fit in too many activities and rush the days. We will have plenty of time to do what is important — sleep, cook, eat, drink wine, laugh, talk, tour the region, and enjoy Nature.

We will start our day with a short meditation, a full breakfast, and a walk through the fields to get a little exercise.

By mid-morning we will go to a farmer's market to shop and come back to prepare lunch; or, we may stay in for a yoga or Qi Gong session. Then we will share our lunch at home or go to a local restaurant.

In the afternoon we will explore the region before returning to the house for a massage or reiki treatment. A nap will be encouraged so you will be rested and ready for a cooking lesson and dinner.

Evenings are set aside for discussing issues such as The Slow Life, The Slow Down Diet, A Simpler Life, Health/Mind/Body Balance, Happiness, and Love.
